LOVE this vacuum! We moved recently and the new house didn’t have a central vacuum our old one had. So I tried to get by with a robot vacuum and a cordless stick vac. Oh yea. We have 3 very furry dogs. My system was ok for upkeep, but seemed superficial , it wasn’t really digging in. I have a lot of bare floors and three large area rugs, and many smaller runners and area rugs. Got this delivered the next day. Took less than 5 minutes to unpack it and put it together. Looks well made and seems pretty agile. Then turned it on. I could not believe how much it got off my ‘clean’ living room rug. And not just more dog hair but dust and dirt. A really surprising and embarrassing amount. And the no hair wrapping brush really works. I have someone come in every couple of weeks to do the corners and a little deeper cleaning while I try to maintain it in between. Well, she used it when she came in and loved it. Asked where I got it and how much. Got one the next day. I also love the rotary upholstery attachment too. And the rewind!! It’s intuitive and well thought out. Obviously I ‘love’ everything about it and I definitely recommend this Bissell.
