I bought these as a cheaper alternative to the HG Garden ones. All 5 came with surface rust and the D-rings are loose and flop around whereas the the HG Garden ones are very shiny with no surface rust and the D-ring stays where you put it. I still use these in applications where those two things don’t matter since these are nearly 3X cheaper than the HG Garden ones ($1.20 vs $3.30 per screw).
